This application for grant of regular bail arises out of PTN Case No.343 of 2023, arising out of Town (Kotwali O.P.) P.S. Case No. 264 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act and under Section 37 of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2022.

The recovery is of some Pyeevon Spas Plus tablets, which is less than small quantity. The petitioners are in custody since 04.09.2023 and they have clean antecedent. 4.

Considering the quantum of recovery as well

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74472 of 2023(2) dt.29-11-2023 2/2 as the fact that the petitioners have clean antecedent, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge/Special Judge, Darbhanga, in connection with PTN Case No. 343 of 2023, arising out of Town (Kotwali O.P.) P.S. Case No. 264 of 2023.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioners shall mark their presence in Town Police Station, Darbhanga on first and third Sunday of every month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioners. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U
