The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking direction in the nature of mandamus to command and direct the respondents, in particular the Circle Officer, Ara Sadar, District Bhojpur, respondent no.4 to issue rent receipt after creating jamabandi of the land appertaining to old Khata No.379 Khata No.04, Khesra No.1528/1992, Area 07 decimal situated in Village Chanda, Post Gajrajganj, District Bhojpur pursuant to order dated 07.07.2024 passed by respondent no.4 in Measurement Case No.125 of 2023-24 which is a ancestral land of the petitioner given to them as 'Sikmi land' long back and now petitioner want to construct his house.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file the detailed representation before the Circle Officer, Ara Sadar, District Bhojpur, respondent no.4 for redressal of his grievances.

4. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner, as prayed for.
