The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is wife of the deceased. Husband of the petitioner died in unnatural circumstances in the parents house of the petitioner and it was suspected that he was done to death as the petitioner was carrying extra-marital relation. The doctor has found a case of suicide by consumption of celphos. Coaccused Sunil Yadav, the brother of the petitioner, having identical allegation has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.1846 of 2017. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65138 of 2019(2) dt.04-11-2019 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Amour P.S. Case No.83 of 2016, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
