2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304 (B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

3 . It is a case of dowry death .

4. Petitioner No. 1 is Bhaisur of the deceased and petitioner No. 2 is widow mother-in-law of the deceased. They are separate in mess and property. There is no any specific allegation against these petitioners and have no concern with the affairs of the couple. Thrust of accusation is against the husband of the deceased who is already in custody. Petitioners claim

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition .

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let this petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM , 4th (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Saraiya P . S. Case No . 57 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
