====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-10-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 92 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 238 and 3(4) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. It is alleged that she, along with others, tortured and killed the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. It is further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 19.04.2025 and there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71723 of 2025(2) dt.13-10-2025 2/2 the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the nature of the allegations and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan/ concerned Court below in connection with Nautan P.S.
