The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 132 of 2017 registered for the offense punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was the Co-operative Manager between the period January, 2013 to February, 2015. The entire allegation is against one Kumar Ravi Prakash and not the present petitioner. The learned Sessions Judge has also found that it was Ravi Prakash who was the main accused and one Rajendra Sao

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48396 of 2018(3) dt.29-11-2018 2/2 had also participated in the said misappropriation of money of the Bank.

Considering the fact that nothing specific has emerged with regard to the present petitioner, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda, in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 132 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
