2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 366A, 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim girl.

4. In the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., she says that she was forcibly taken by the petitioner to Banglore and thereafter she has returned. She also alleges that petitioner had sexual relationship with her. She has refused medical examination.

5. From the circumstances mentioned above, it appears to be a case of elopement. The petitioner is in jail since

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.F.C.(West), Muzaffarpur/concerned Court below in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 128 of 2022.
