Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 305C/2018 for the offence under sections 354B, 380, 451, 323, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is Bhaisur of the complainant and he has been made accused as per averment made in the complaint. The background of the instant case is land dispute. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two
