Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 305C/2018 for the offence under sections 354B, 380, 451, 323, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is Bhaisur of the complainant and he has been made accused as per averment made in the complaint. The background of the instant case is land dispute.
