The petitioner is in custody since 02.09.2019 in connection with Excise Case No.641 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there has been no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner and save and except one case under the Excise Act, there is no case against the petitioner.
