Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Ahiyapur P.S. case no. 589 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 406, 467, 468 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. It appears that prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by order dated 23.2.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 5678 of 2017 by speaking order on merit. This court does not find any fresh ground to entertain the anticipatory bail application. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.

Petitioner may surrender before the Court below and make prayer for regular bail which shall be considered and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47363 of 2018(4) dt.30-08-2018 2/2 disposed of on its own merit in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the present order.
