The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S.case No.662 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, on checking one vehicle was seized by the police and the co-accused disclosed the name of the petitioner that the vehicle belongs to the pet toner and it was stolen one . Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has nothing to do with vehicle and he has been named by the co-accused .

Heard learned A.P.P. who has opposed the prayer for bail.. Having heard both sides and considering the allegation , I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the

No.72242 of 2019(2) dt.16-01-2020 2/2 petitioner, however, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court below and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered by the learned court below on its own merit. With the aforesaid direction, this application is dismissed.
