The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Pakaridayal PS case no. 125 of 2019 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 356, 379 of Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding three unknown persons having apprehended the informant and are said to have snatched a sum of Rs. 1,67,069/- from the dicky of the motorcycle and are also stated to have taken the motorcycle and the tab. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case, inasmuch as he has been

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73041 of 2019(3) dt.25-11-2019 2/2 remanded in the present case on 17.06.2019 after being arrested in connection with Pakaridayal PS case no. 138 of 2019. It is further submitted that the other two co-accused persons have already been granted the privilege of regular bail by the learned trial court itself. Though the petitioner is stated to be accused in three other criminal cases, however he is stated to be on bail in the said three cases. The petitioner is said to be languishing in custody since 17.06.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the abovenamed petitioner is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-V, Motihari in connection with Pakaridayal PS case no. 125 of 2019.
