Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-B) a and 26 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is in a jail custody since 1.8.2019 on the accusation that one loaded pistol was recovered from his conscious possession. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedents.
