1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State Rabindra Kumar.
2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 303(2), 124(2), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and petitioner no.1 is a woman and the informant alleges that at 10 A.M. Bhola came and started abusing, on which, his son objected, thereafter Bhola started fighting with him, thereafter his wife Manju tried to pacify the issue with Bittu, Ankush and Lalita came, who

No.74329 of 2025(2) dt.18-11-2025 2/3 belong to the family of Sidhnath and instead of stopping the fight, instigated by providing lathi and rod, further Bittu brought acid from home and threw on Manju causing acid injury on her abdomen, thereafter his son informed the police and the police reached the place of occurrence, next alleges that while he was coming home in the evening, when Bhola, Ankush, Bhuar and their daughter and wife intercepted him and started assaulting and also assaulted his son and wife who came to save him and snatched his wife's ear-ring and mangalsutra.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that it was Bhola who had come to the house of the informant and was abusing when the son of the informant objected when Bhola started fighting and when his daughter-in-law came to pacify the issue it is alleged that Bittu went inside the house and brought acid and threw the same on Manju causing injury on abdomen. It is next submitted that as far as petitioners are concerned, they are alleged to have instigated the fight. It is also submitted that petitioners have been implicated in the instant case only with a view to coerce Bittu into submission. It is further submitted that

It is further submitted that Sidh Nath Singh had approached this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc. No.37703/2025 and the same was allowed by an order dated 11.06.2025 passed by a learned coordinate Bench.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Dalmianagar P.S. Case No.71/2024 (S.L. No.1875/2024) subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S. (Satyavrat Verma, J) amit/- U T
