2. The present MJC application has been filed for restoration of C.W.J.C. No.724 of 2023, which was dismissed for default on 03.07.2023 for non-compliance of the order dated 23.06.2023.

3. Counsel submits that notice has to be filed within one week, but counsel over looked and the said order could not be complied within the prescribed period. He submits that the notice was filed only on 07.07.2023.

4. In this view of the matter, the present MJC application is hereby allowed and let C.W.J.C. No.724 of 2023 be restored to its original file.

5. Office is directed to accept the said notice filed on 07.07.2023 and issue process in this matter.
