The petitioner is in custody since 18.09.2019 in connection with Magadh Medical P.S. Case No. 24 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 30 (a) (d) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner but from the house where the other family members were also residing. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66948 of 2019(2) dt.24-10-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Excise Judge, Gaya in connection with Magadh Medical P.S. Case No. 24 of 2019.
