2. The present application has been filed for restoration of CWJC No.4446 of 2023, which was dismissed for default due to non-compliance of order dated 18.07.2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertent mistake the order could not be complied within time. As such, this case was dismissed for default. Counsel

4. Being satisfied with the grounds mentioned in the MJC petition, let the present CWJC No.4446 of 2023 is directed to be restored to its original record subject to deposit of rupees two thousand in the account of Advocates' Association, Patna High Court.
