2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., petitioners are alleged to have assaulted nephew of informant by means of iron rod and also took away gold chain as well as cash of Rs. 500/- from his pocket. Doctor has found simple injury.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the nature of injury, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners is allowed. In the event of

No.80774 of 2023(3) dt.19-03-2024 2/2 arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named both petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Nawkothi P.S. Case No. 78 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
