2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 103(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per prosecution case, informant's daughter went to the field but she did not return and soon thereafter her dead body was recovered.

4. FIR is against unknown. During investigation, on the disclosure of this petitioner, mobile phone of deceased was recovered. Charge sheet has already been submitted. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 28.4.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the gravity of accusation as well as the
