2. This application has been filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code to quash the order dated 20.08.2019, passed in Complaint Case No. 28775(C) of 2014 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Patna, whereby and whereunder the petition of the petitioner, filed under Section 245 of the Criminal Procedure Code to discharge him, has been rejected arriving at the conclusion that there is sufficient material to frame the charge.
3. I find no illegality to discharge the petitioner to the charges framed under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act amounting to
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78182 of 2019 dt.08-01-2020 2/2 abuse of the process of the Court for interference in inherent jurisdiction of the Court.
