2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have involved in forgery by making fake identities and took mobile phones on loan.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. His name came into light after verifying the loan forms on which, photograph of this petitioner was affixed. It is also submitted that after verification of the documents like Aadhar and PAN card, loan was given to

No.77097 of 2023(2) dt.04-12-2023 2/2 the loanee which shows that he employees of Reliance Digital and Aditya Vision were in the conspiracy with the person whose documents were submitted for loan. The petitioner was made an accused on the basis of suspicion and he is languishing in judicial custody since 10.5.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as custody period of the petitioner, this court is inclined to enlarge him on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 235 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. X, Patna.
