The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Araria P.S.Case No.279 of 2017 pending in the Court of CJM, Araria registered for an offence under Sections 302/34 of the IPC. It appears that the prayer of anticipatory bail of this petitioner and two other co-accused was rejected on 01.02.2018 as per order passed in Cr.Misc.No.48 of 2018 considering her involvement in the murder of deceased. The petitioner has renewed her prayer on the ground that in course of trial of other co-accuseds none of the witness including the informant who have deposed before the court below have supported the case as regards involvement of the petitioner in the above crime.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55231 of 2018 (3) dt.03-10-2018 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to reconsider her prayer of anticipatory bail and the same is accordingly rejected.
