1. Heard the parties.

2. Keeping in view the provision of Section 152 of the Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum, Electricity Ombudsman and Consumer Advocacy) Regulations, 2017, in a case of electricity theft the petitioner is always free to move an application for compounding of the offence and the concerned authority considering the nature of offence may allow

3. Taking into consideration the nature of the present case, the petitioner is allowed to take steps accordingly.

4. If such matter is compounded, the respondents would take steps for restoration of electricity.

5. If such an application is moved, the same shall be also decided expeditiously within a period of 15 days.
