2. Permission is accorded.

3 . The bail petition with respect to petitioner No. 1 is dismissed as withdrawn .

4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 , informant and the State .

5 . Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 127 (1) , 115 ( 2 ), 117 ( 2 ), 109, 303 ( 2 ), 352 and 3(5) of BNS.

6. As per the prosecution case , informant namely , Kamlesh Das alleged that on 26.11.2024 at about 8 AM, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners armed with various weapons came at the house of informant and assaulted informant and other family members due to which some of them sustained injuries. Injuries sustained by injured are simple in nature . Case and counter case .

7. Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition .

Considering the nature of injury , clean antecedent of these petitioners and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 , as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned JM 1st Class Sherghati ( Gaya) in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No. 389 of 2024 , subject to
