JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-12-2018 The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Nawada Nagar P.S. Case No. 446 of 2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 337, 353, 283, 285, 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners who are businessmen of the locality are alleged to have indulged in loot and arson and disturbing the traffic in protest against the arrest of one of their associates without any cause.

No.56878 of 2018(3) dt.10-12-2018 2/2 The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court. It has further been submitted that nothing specific has been alleged against anyone of the petitioners.

Considering the nature of accusation and the fact that petitioners have clean antecedents, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today before the learned Court below, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 446 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) Shageer/- U T
