The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rivilganj P.S. Case No. 59/2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/323/324/307/379/504/325/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are veried stories in the allegations made by the petitioner whereas at one point of time, it is alleged to have attacked with Lathi at another point, he is said to have attacked with Farsa. It is further submitted that there being very version, there is a distinct cloud on the prosecution story.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner is not having any criminal

VIIIth, Saran at Chapra in connection with Rivilganj P.S. Case No. 59/2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
