The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 409, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 81(1)(c), 81(2), 81(4) of the Bihar Value Added Tax Act, 2005.
About 80 persons are accused in this case. The main allegation is of evasion of sales tax on the false entries made in the sale invoice generated by the three named companies situated in the State of Jharkhand. Submission is that some other co-accused have
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59332 of 2018(3) dt.03-10-2018 2/2 been allowed anticipatory bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this Court, vide Annexure 3 series.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Economic Offences Police Station Case No.01 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioners shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioners.
