The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.272C of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 138 of the N.I. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that save and except the allegation that the petitioner had introduced the complainant to Accused No.1, there is no further allegation against him in the complaint petition itself. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that on the basis of such allegation, it was registered. It is submitted that it is only on

No.59307 of 2018(6) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 such complaint that the petitioner is facing prosecution and that save and except one other antecedent in which he has been acquitted, the petitioner has no criminal past. Considering the nature of allegations and that the petitioner has no further role save and except the statement made in paragraph-2 of the complaint petition, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Jamui in connection with Complaint Case No.272C of 2018, subject t o the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
