The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354 (B), 509, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66(A), 67 (A) of I.T. Act. The prosecution case in short is that the informant Punam Jha on 28.08.2019 in the morning at 6 A.M. she was standing outside her door when the petitioner came near her stopped his motorcycle, caught her hand with bad intention and started dragging her saying when she will allow him to do the work which the Senior leader of B.J.P. are doing on her. When she started crying and the petitioner speeded the motorcycle and went away. On Wednesday she transmitted

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the offence u/s 341, 323, 509 and 506 of the I.P.C. is bailable. Other sections are not applicable against the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 05-9.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent mentioned in para 3 of the bail petition. The FIR shows that on account of land dispute the petitioner has been implicated in this case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M, Munger, in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 143 of 2019.
