JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-11-2019 The only grievance of the petitioner is regarding nonpayment of arrears of pension on the basis of the revised pay as also non-payment of arrears of salary on account of revision of pay according to the 5th and 6th Pay Revision Committee recommendations.

Having regard to the limited grievance of the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no.2, i.e. the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna by filing appropriate representation, detailing his claim, whereupon the

Patna High Court CWJC No.22413 of 2019(2) dt.18-11-2019 2/2 respondent no.2 shall ensure payment of the aforesaid outstanding dues within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of such representation by the petitioner and in case it is found that the aforesaid amounts are not payable, a reasoned order, rejecting the claim of the petitioner, shall be passed within the same time frame.

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
