Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bhavanipur PS Case No. 120 of 2013 for the offence under Sections 409, 420, 468 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on perusal of the prosecution story it is evident that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner who is the Branch Manager of Central Bank of India. Allegation is basically against one Kailash Mandal who is alleged to have played the role of middleman in the matter of obtaining loan.
