JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-06-2023 Heard Mr. Ram Sevak Choudhary, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. K.K. Singh, learned AC to GP 22 for the State.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that almost all the retiral dues admissible to the petitioner along with the statutory interest have been paid to the petitioner, however, the learned counsel says that some dues are still pending, which are required to be paid to the petitioner.

3. Considering the aforesaid fact and the information given to this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is still aggrieved for non-payment of some of the dues admissible to him, the petitioner may file a detailed representation before the Executive Engineer, Building

Patna High Court CWJC No.17681 of 2022(4) dt.22-06-2023 2/2 Construction and Housing Department, Building Division, Munger (respondent no.6) and the Executive Engineer must ensure to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the representation.
