The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered under Sections 341, 307, 323, 354, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation is that the accused persons including the petitioner assaulted the informant and his father and sisters by means of bat, wicket, khanti, due to which they sustained injuries.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59405 of 2018(3) dt.28-11-2018 2/2 present case. Out of three injuries, two injuries are said to be simple. The petitioner is not the author of the injury caused on the fore-head. The matter has already been compromised vide Annexure-3 to the present application.
On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-VII, Ara, District Bhojpur in connection with Agiaon (G) P.S. case No.14 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
