2. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to refund a sum of Rs. 3,26,738/- deducted from gratuity and earned leave of the petitioner.

3. The respondent No. 5 in the counter affidavit filed in paragraph-7 thereof has stated that the aforesaid deducted amount have already been refunded to the petitioner.
