JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-01-2020 The petitioner claims that he was working as Chainman (Class IV post) in Minor irrigation Division, Hajipur, who retired on 31.12.2010. He has filed the present writ application seeking direction to the respondents to consider his case for grant of benefits of second and third MACP under Modified Assured Career Progression Scheme, 2010, after completion of 20 years and 30 years of his service, respectively. The petitioner is said to have approached the Executive Engineer, Minor Irrigation Division, Hajipur, by filing a representation on 11.09.2017.
