JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-10-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Karpi P.S. Case No. 122/2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341,353, 354(B), 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation as per F.I.R. is that while the interview for selection of Aanganbadi Sevika was going on, the petitioners came and torn the merit list and also tried to outrage the modesty of the informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that whole allegations are false and concocted and no seizure list of merit list has been prepared.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64698 of 2019(2) dt.16-10-2019 2/2 circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners rather petitioners may surrender before the court below and make prayer for regular bail and if any such application is filed, the court below will dispose of the same on the merit of the case, without being prejudiced by this order.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
