The petitioner, through the present writ application, has prayed for following relief(s) as stipulated in paragraph no. 1 of the writ application:- "I. To issue an appropriate writ/order/direction, in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondents particularly the Principal Secretary, Co-operative Department, Patna to constitute a Two Men Committee at Block level comprising Block Co-operative Officer and Block Development Officer with a direction that they shall call for the applications of all such persons of all Panchayats within the Block, who had made an application for being Member of Primary Agricultural Credit Society (PACS) and to scrutinize all the application at the centralized place in the respective Blocks and all such persons whose applications are complete with necessary documents should be recommended to the respective Chairman, PACS for making them Members of the said PACS. II. To any other relief or reliefs for which the Petitioner is found to be entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Since learned counsel for the State has stated that the election has been notified, we are not inclined to interfere in the matter. However, the petitioner will be at liberty to approach the concerned authority for redressal of his
