Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 54 of 2016 for the offence under sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He submits that the allegation against this petitioner is that petitioner was paid Rs. 4, 37,000/- in connection with ensuring employment of the son of the informant in the foreign country.
Learned counsel submits that this case is counter blast of the case filed on behalf of the petitioner against the Habib
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62760 of 2018(3) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 Mian and his son Manzoor Alam informant of this case bearing complaint case no. 373 of 2016 filed on 01.03.2016. Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 54 of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
