1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by order dated 08.05.2023 in Cr. Misc. No.73969 of 2022 (Sunil Kumar Singh vs. the State of Bihar and another), the order of cognizance was quashed.

3. It is next submitted that since the order of cognizance stands quashed against the present petitioner in Cr. Misc. No.73969 of 2022, as such for the present, the petitioner does not have any apprehension of arrest and thus, seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73853 of 2022(6) dt.22-03-2024 2/2 with liberty to move before an appropriate forum in accordance with law at an appropriate stage if need arises.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
