2. This is an application for quashing of the F.I.R. of Vaishali P.S. Case No. 250 of 2023 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the O.P. No. 02 had forged an agreement and a false and fabricated F.I.R. has been filed against the petitioner.
4. This Court at this stage will not interfere in the F.I.R. on the defence of the petitioner.
5. The petitioner is given liberty to file an application
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78619 of 2023(2) dt.08-08-2024 2/2 before the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali with his defence and if such an application is filed, the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali will see to it that the defence of the petitioner is considered by the Police before a final decision is taken for filing of the final report in the court below.
6. Accordingly, this application stands disposed of.
7. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali through FAX for its compliance forthwith.
