2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 305 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased was killed by criminals. The suspicion has been raised against the petitioner because of land dispute.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are in custody since 06.06.2024.

5. Considering the fact that there is no direct material against the petitioner, therefore, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78889 of 2024(2) dt.17-12-2024 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 305 of 2023.

7. The petitioner will cooperate in the proceeding of the court below. In the event of failure to appear on two consecutive dates, the court below will be at liberty to pass appropriate order including cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
