The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 556 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 467, 468, 469 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 103 and 140 of the Trade Mark Act and Section 63,64 and 65 of the Copyright Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 09.08.2019.

Case No. 556 of 2019.
