2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- "i. For issuance of writ of certiorari for quashing the order dated 12-9-2024 passed by the Land Reforms Deputy Collector, Hathua, Gopalganj in Land dispute case no. 37 of 2024-25 with direction to the Anchal Adhikari, Kateya to send the proposal to the ADM, Gopalganj to cancel the Jamabandi which is created in name of petitioners vide Jamabandi no. 1917 after mutation on basis of settlement of the Land under dispute by the Bihar Bhodan Yagya Committee, Patna (Annexure-1) in the year 1976 ii. For issuance of such other appropriate writ or order or direction which may deem fit and proper."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appeal before the concerned Commissioner for redressal of his grievances.

4. Learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for respondent no. 8 have no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for
