The petitioner is languishing in custody since 09.08.2019 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 307, 506, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 27/35 of the Arms Act. It is alleged against the petitioner that he caused fire arm injury on the right knee of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the injury has been caused on the non-vital part of the informant and the investigation has already been concluded. Moreover, there is a counter version of the occurrence, being Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 375 of 2019. A statement has been made in paragraph no.3 of the petition that the petitioner

Learned APP for the State submits that the accusation is specific against the petitioner. Considering the fact that the investigation has already been concluded, coupled with statement made in paragraph no.3 of the petition that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Saran at Chhapra, in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No.375 of 2019.
