2. It appears that the order dated 13.09.2025 included in the present writ application has already taken effect. This Court has vide order dated 08.10.2025 directed by way of an interim measure that instead of marking his physical attendance in Bettiah Sadar Police Station everyday, the petitioner would be allowed to mark his physical attendance in Bettiah Sadar Police Station once in every week. More than nine months have gone thereafter.
