The petitioner, who is in custody since 06.09.2019, seeks bail in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No. 151 of 2019 which has been instituted for the offence under Sections 30(a) and 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

20 litres of locally brewed liquor is said to have recovered from a bush behind the house of the petitioner. The place of recovery is accessible to all and sundry. The petitioner has clean antecedent.
