1. The petitioner has filed the present writ application being aggrieved by the order dated 29.08.2019 by which the Managing Committee of Madarsa Aziza Jama Masjid, Pupri was constituted and approval was granted by the Board. Since the tenure of the Managing Committee is of three years which has expired, accordingly, in my opinion, the present writ application has become infructuous.
