The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mahila PS case no. 7 of 2019 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 354 of Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of POSCO Act.

The allegation is regarding the petitioner being in a drunken condition when he is alleged to have teased the informant, however upon alarm being raised, the mother of the informant had arrived at the place of occurrence, whereupon the petitioner is said to have assaulted both the informant and her mother.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into account the period of incarceration of the petitioner, I deem it fit and appropriate to release the abovenamed petitioner on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (POCSO Act), Gaya in connection with Mahila PS case no. 7 of 2019.
