That the present writ Application is being filed for setting aside the order dated 3.3.2023 passed by Deputy Labour Commissioner in Letter No. 576 and directing or issuance of an appropriate writ or writs order or orders direction or directions commanding the Respondents for giving one lacks 1,00000/- Insurance Amount to the petitioner after accidental death of his mother. Mother of the petitioner was member of Singhwara Block Fisheries Cooperative Societies and members of the said Societies are insured under National Fishers Welfare Programme promoted by FISH COPFED oriental Insurance co. Ltd.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 03.03.2023 passed by the Additional Collector, Darbangha by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty so sought is granted.
