The petitioners are in custody since 17.09.2019 in connection with Khajauli P.S. Case No. 156/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272/273 of the IPC and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the alleged recoveries were not from the conscious possession of the petitioners, but apprehended on suspicion .
